Close contacts is first list which requires 14 day quarantine and you must complete the contact tracing self-assessment.
Casual Contacts is 2nd list – you must get tested immediately and quarantine until you return a negative result
Low risk contacts is the 3rd list – this means if you have been to any of the locations at the relevant times you should monitor for Covid-19 symptoms.
If you have any covid-19 symptoms you need to seek medical advice and see if they require you to get tested
