As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, we here at Team Transport & Logistics are continually monitoring the situation closely and taking every precautionary measure to support our Team, Customers, Suppliers and our community. We have taken the steps as advised by our Governments, Agencies and Health Experts to ensure WE CAN continue to deliver the best service moving forward. We must work together and recognise our individual social responsibilities along with our best business practices to help our world “FLATTEN THE CURVE”. I don’t think any of us have ever experienced a situation quite like this one. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected virtually everyone around the world, upended everything we know as the daily grind, closed businesses and some schools and disrupted the rhythms of our daily lives. As our country works to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that when using our transport services our first priority is to keep everyone safe and continue with our quality logistics services as seamlessly as possible through this unfortunate event.
As per our previous updates we here at Team Transport & Logistics take this responsibility seriously, and we will continue to follow the guidance of our health experts, agencies and Governments and will seek guidance from them on an ongoing basis. We have strict control measures in place for our depots and therefore visitors and non-essential meetings are restricted.
All employees/contractors/delivery services/partners will be required to answer a wellness check if they are required to enter any of our Depots. These forms are available in our resource section of our website https://teamtransport.com.au/resources/ We are also performing a wellness check via our Team Transport APP for our drivers on our fleet each morning.
Please note that if someone presents at any of our depots and they are presenting any possible symptoms of COVID-19 or influenza during our wellness check, they will be refused entry and asked to follow our COVID19 medical policy and procedures.
