About the Role

Team Transport is looking for an experienced Heavy Haulage Driver with very specific heavy haulage knowledge to coordinate and assist current heavy haulage drivers and deliver
over-dimensional and over-mass machinery and equipment.

Your core accountabilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Vast experience in the Heavy Haulage industry
• Knowledge of NHVR permit system (oversize and excess mass)
• Assist with the supervision and daily planning of drivers and sub-contractors to meet operational needs
• Able to manage and assist our Projects Division as we deliver Australia wide
• Ensure customer relations and driver communication is maintained at all times
• Loading and unloading varying over-dimensional and over-mass machinery and equipment
• Transporting machinery and equipment to and from various locations
• Complying with Team Transport & Logistics Company policies and procedures
• Attending and actively participating in risk and safety meetings

To be successful you must have:

• Good computer skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Problem solving skills and can-do attitude
• Current applicable heavy haulage licenses and clean driving record
• MSIC Card an advantage
• Detailed understanding of heavy vehicle road networks and remote locations
