Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for one of our long-standing contract drivers, Charlie Hepburn, who marks 30 years with Team Transport & Logistics.
Charlie first joined us on 21 November 1995, and as soon as he walked through the door this morning, it was clear the pride he has in being part of our team. He even brought in the very first ID tag we ever issued him, a handmade cardboard and laminated card from the days before we had proper ID printers or systems. Seeing that badge again after three decades was a reminder of just how far we’ve come, and how important people like Charlie have been in that journey.
Charlie was genuinely happy and grateful today when he received his 30-year anniversary gift, and we’re equally grateful for his loyalty, reliability, and the professionalism he’s shown over so many years.
Thirty years goes by in the blink of an eye, and moments like this remind us how important it is to value the people around us, appreciate the work we do together, and recognise the commitment that keeps our company moving forward.
