Our company’s visibility is important to us, and it’s imperative that we are reachable to our new and current clients. We have been in business for over 35 years by listening to our customers and creating valuable relationships. We are still an old-fashioned company with core values, but also recognise the importance of constantly innovating and adapting to new ways of doing business and technology.
The new TEAM website offers a clean, modern design, simple navigation and a mobile friendly site. Our drivers are transitioning over from PDA’s (personal digital assistants) to IOS and Android Smartphones. Our GPS and mapping/tracking technology is state of the art. Simply put, a smartphone is a converged device that combines the functionalities of a PDA and a mobile phone and we are all over new technology, in fact, we love it!
Our online customer bookings system is currently being updated and improved and we will also be launching a customer booking app in the near future to allow customers to book jobs with a tap of a few buttons from wherever they are.
The new TEAM website also provides social media integration and direct links to TEAM’S Facebook, Twitter, LINKEDIN and GOOGLE+ pages, where company and service updates will appear on a regular basis.
